RDS Art Fair 09

Mick O'Dea

13/11/2009 - 15/11/2009

Solo presentation by Mick O'Dea

These en plein air oils were painted this summer in around Inis Lackan, Connemara and Belmullet, in the Erris area of Mayo. They are from a body of work, ongoing over the past ten years. With these paintings, the emphasis is on immediacy and accuracy and they venture to evoke the spirit of the land and sea that they depict.
